About us
India has more than 150 million people aged 60 and above. Fewer than two families in a hundred have access to organised, professional care at home. We started Cent Care to close that gap.
Why we exist
Indian families are not short of love for their parents. They are short of time, proximity and reliable help.
There are thousands of caregivers, attendants and nursing agencies across the country. What almost none of them offer is a system: the same trained person arriving on schedule, following the same protocol, recording what they found, and answering to an organisation when they do not.
That is the whole of what we do. We hire carefully, train to a written standard, and make every single visit visible to whoever is keeping track of it.
The name
Per cent. Complete. Nothing left out and nothing left to chance. It is also the root of centurion, the officer who commanded exactly one hundred men, and who was responsible for every one of them.
Both meanings are the company. Total care, delivered by people trained to protect.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
37+ years of service in the Indian Army, leading people through some of the country's toughest operational environments (Op Vijay, Op Parakram). Builds and owns our veteran hiring network, and personally leads care operations on the ground in Durgapur.
Army veterans with equity in the company, running city operations and writing the care protocols we train everyone else on. Several bring years of prior experience in senior care.
Senior Product & Marketing professionals to build out our proprietary tech and branding ecosystem.
How we work
A missed visit is a broken promise, not a scheduling issue. We report our completion rate to families because it is the number that matters most.
When something goes wrong we tell you first, plainly, along with what we are doing about it. You should never learn about it after the fact, from the person we were caring for.
Our operators work with your parents, not on them. Independence is preserved for as long as it safely can be.
No lock-in contracts anywhere in our pricing. If we are not worth paying for next month, we should not be paid for it.
Our technology
CareOS is the platform behind the service. It routes our operators, holds the protocol for every visit, and records what was found.
Rather than generic thresholds, CareOS builds a baseline for each person and measures against it.
Slow changes over weeks are what predict a crisis. Those are exactly what human memory misses.
Everything the operator records is visible to you the moment it is entered.
Parts of CareOS are live today and the rest is in active development. We will tell you exactly what is working and what is coming, never the other way round.
