No real visibility
Care happens behind a closed door in another city. You find out how your parents actually are only when something has already gone wrong.
Verified care operators, always on call
Trained, verified care operators visit your parents at home. You see every visit, every health reading, and every alert on your phone, wherever you are.
The problem
A phone call tells you they're fine. It doesn't tell you their blood pressure has been climbing for a week, or that they skipped their medicines on Tuesday.
Care happens behind a closed door in another city. You find out how your parents actually are only when something has already gone wrong.
Attendants and part-time helpers come and go. When a visit is missed or something goes wrong, there is no organisation standing behind it.
Care in India starts after the fall, after the emergency. Almost nothing watches for the warning signs and steps in before that.
How it works
A care operator comes home, meets your parents, and understands what they actually need. No charge, no obligation.
Visit frequency, health checks, medicines, emergency contacts. Written down, priced clearly, and agreed with you.
Every visit logged with time, photos, vitals and notes. You see all of it on your phone the moment it happens.
CareOS learns what is normal for your parent and alerts our team the moment something drifts, before it becomes an emergency.
Every visit
Blood pressure, sugar, oxygen and weight, recorded the same way every time so trends are visible.
We confirm what has been taken since the last visit, refill what is running out, and flag anything missed.
Floors, lighting, bathroom grab rails. Most falls are preventable, and most prevention is unglamorous.
Sleep, appetite, mood, loneliness. The things a vitals machine will never pick up.
Packages
Pick the visit frequency that fits. Change or cancel any time, no lock-in.
Not sure which one fits? Every plan starts with a free assessment visit, so you only commit to what your family actually needs. Move up, move down, or stop, whenever things change.
Trust, not trust us
Every Cent Care operator carries a photo ID with a unique number. If someone arrives at your parents' door claiming to be from us, verify them here first. This is how the service should work, and we would rather you check every single time.
The ID number is printed under the operator's photograph.
You will find this mark on every badge, uniform sleeve and training certificate we issue. It means the person carrying it has been background-checked and trained on our written care protocols.
Not sure? Call +91-8355986792 and we will confirm who is at your door, immediately.
Why our people are different
Our operators are recruited through ex-servicemen networks and cantonment associations. Roughly 60,000 personnel retire from the armed forces every year, trained in discipline, protocol and responsibility for other people's lives.
Every operator carries photo ID you can check in seconds.
The same checklist every visit, so nothing depends on who turned up that day.
They work for us, which is why we can stand behind what they do.
“37+ years in the Army taught me one thing above everything else: show up, on time, every time, because someone is depending on you. That is what we run Cent Care on.

Questions
We are live across Durgapur, West Bengal. We are opening additional cities through the coming year. If you are outside Durgapur, tell us where care is needed and we will let you know the moment we reach that city.
Yes. An operator comes home, meets your parents, checks the essentials and tells you honestly what level of care they need. You pay nothing and you are under no obligation to sign up.
One call reaches our team. The nearest operator is dispatched immediately, we coordinate an ambulance or hospital if needed, and your family is kept updated at every step rather than being called once at the end.
Not at all. The person receiving care does not need to operate anything. The app is for whoever is coordinating things, a son or daughter, another family member, or your parent themselves, if they would rather manage it on their own phone.
Yes, any time. Move up or down a plan as needs change, or stop altogether. We do not use lock-in contracts, and we would rather earn the renewal.
Most of the families we serve have children in another city or another country. You can arrange everything remotely, pay online, and follow every visit from wherever you are.
No payment, no commitment. We come home, meet your parents, and tell you honestly what they need, even if that turns out not to be us.
